Susan has lived and worked on the Monterey Peninsula since 1985, and
became a licensed broker in 2001. An attorney by education, a marketing, business
and finance professional by experience, Susan brings a solid mix of expertise to
each client transaction. With a BA degree from Colorado College, she earned her
JD degree from Monterey College of Law. Susan ranked among the top 20% of
Sotheby's Monterey Peninsula agents during her time there.
Professional affiliations include membership in the California and Monterey
County Bar Associations, founding directorship of 1st Capital Bank, past president
of the Rotary Club of Monterey, Monterey History and Art Association, and
CSUMB Planned Giving Advisory Council.
Susan has also served on the boards of Monterey County Symphony, Action
Council for Monterey County, York School, and in an advisory role for Naval
